A few years ago I decided to try my hand at trucking, and having paid the fee, taken
the course, and passed my tests, I became the proud owner of a Class 1 licence.
Acting on the advice of the training school I signed up with several driving agencies.
And surprise surprise, never heard from most of them again.
However there were two agencies who did provide a "new boy" with work. One scraped
the bottom of the barrel and gave me all the heavy handballing work they could find
in central London on a rigid, could rarely get the wages right, and were forever
making mistakes.
And then there was Blue Arrow, whose professionalism
and integrity has led me to make them my sole agent. From day one they were giving
me Class 1 work, and even in the lean months they would offer me good quality
rigid work when there was no Class 1 available. All wages are paid correctly and
on time, leaving me with no cause for complaint and peace of mind. I have no hesitation
in recommending them, and have already done so several times.
