HDNL (Home Delivery Network Limited)
Home Delivery Network Ltd is the UK’s largest dedicated home delivery and collection
service, delivering parcels on behalf of major clients to every postcode.
HDNL have a network of distribution and delivery depots stretching across the UK.
HDNL wanted to work with a partner agency who could provide support across their
network of depots. The business is dominated by peak periods throughout the year.
DNL and Blue Arrow Driving have worked closely together to plan effective resources
for these peak periods. Some of the initiatives put in place, have been things such
as;
- Dedicated National & Regional Account managers
- Bespoke interview & Selection process
- National Advertising Campaign
We work very closely with HDNL, and we have adopted a unique interview and selection
process to ensure that we are recruiting a candidate specific to their needs. It is
through developing this close working relationship that we have fully understood
what is important to HDNL, that we have been able to suggest ways In which we can
improve our service, and therefore efficiencies and cost effectiveness.
Blue Arrow Driving manages the supply of 7.5t , van drivers and drivers mates across
their network of operations.
