At Blue Arrow Driving, we have always been a compliant business, and with the recent
changes to WTR and management of working hours, we believe we have the systems in
place to provide us, and our clients, with reliable and compliant data. Our internal
systems and paperwork are set up in a way to manage the changes in working time regulations,
and can report back on hours worked within the fixed period, and POAs at the touch
of a button.
In line with any changes in legislation, we will always look to educate our drivers
(and sometimes our clients). We will do this via detailed information packs, local
/ regional / national seminars, email updates, press announcements etc.
In terms of our interview process, we don't cut corners, we check licences (both
parts at interview, and every three months thereafter). We take recent and relevant
work references and always check that our personnel have the relevant work permits
where applicable.
